Create your own comics with this workshop
Gilda’s Club Greater Toronto is offering a four-week workshop to help participants “explore the narrative techniques of comics that tell personal stories.”
Tuesdays: March 24, March 31, April 7, April 14
Time: 2-4 p.m.
They said, “Join artist Gabrielle Charron-Merritt to learn how to use the various components that make up a comic; like characters, plots and page layouts. In a safe and supportive environment we will create different types of comics, including comic strips and wordless comics. No previous experience making comics is required!”
This workshop is generously supported by Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF), with creative support and technical assistance provided by the Royal Conservatory’s Living Through The Arts program.
