HEEEEELLLLLLOOOOOO!

Yes that’s supposed to be a “hello” from a Seinfeld episode. How are we all today? I am doing very well, just got back from my weekly Dr.’s appointment and we are dropping my Prednisone today for the first time in well over a month. Currently I am taking 10mg/day, but as of today that will drop to 7.5mg. If you recall my last drop was much more significant and took place over a relatively short period of time, as a result I had several tough weeks with muscle pain which is common when reducing steroids levels. Actually we are in the thick of the battle right now as the toughest stage of dropping steroids is near the end, as I explained earlier my body must now begin to pick up the slack and produce my own steroids.

Hopefully things will go well, as once I’m off the Prednisone I will hopefully be given the “go ahead” to resume individual muscle targeting, thus I’ll be able to work my way back into some kind of shape. As I’m sure you can all tell my mind has been working fairly actively over the past few weeks and that is a welcomed occurrence, but unfortunately the body hasn’t been progressing at the same rate. Once again, patience is key, and with some more patience and a little luck I’ll be off the Prednisone and on my way back to physical health.

While the brain has been active I still only have about 4-6 hours of primetime a day and unfortunately that seems to occur during the hours of 6 and 12 at night. So considering that I think it would be great if everyone would adjust their clocks according to mine so I’ll be able to have a regular day. Not much new to report outside of the above so I’ll leave it there for the weekend, have a good one.
