Cancer Care Nova Scotia (CCNS) is developing provincial guidelines for a number of the most common emergency situations experienced by cancer patients, and they want your input.
They said, “We would like to hear from adult cancer patients to learn how we can better prepare patients to identify emergency situations related to their cancer or cancer treatment and improve the emergency care provided for cancer patients.”
Family members of adult cancer patients are also encouraged to share their feedback. You or your family member need not to have experienced an emergency situation in order to provide feedback.
If you have questions about the survey please contact Sarah MacDonald, Patient Engagement Coordinator, CCNS, at [email protected].
