Localife Ottawa hosted their second annual pizza and games night on May 31, 2014. The event was held at the Boys & Girls Club and the turnout was a great mix of YACC alumni and new members.
As guests arrived, we started by playing a few rounds of Taboo before transitioning into Apples to Apples as more guests arrived. We ordered pizza from Gabriel Pizza, and we must have been hungry because those pizzas did not stand a chance! They were devoured within minutes. Literally. Minutes.
After we’d eaten our fill, we composed ourselves and played Cards Against Humanity. Our composure did not last long as hilarity and belly laughs erupted almost immediately after reading the answers to the first card.
Everyone’s a winner at pizza and games night. We had a lot of fun, and we hope everyone else did, too! We’ll definitely be having another night like this in the future.
