Once again, Localife Vancouver hosted a casual meet-up at Jimy Mac’s Pub on the night of February 1, 2016. We had five new members join several of our regularly awesome attendees!
While eating as many wings and hors d’oeuvres as we could handle, the conversation varied from light-hearted to serious and somewhere in between. I was personally once again struck by the connectivity of the group who were willing to share special experiences they were facing as well as honest emotion about how challenging it can be to find people who “get it”! My favorite thing about Localife is witnessing people making connections that matter to them and this night did not disappoint!
Thank you to everyone who was able to come and for being so willing to contribute to make the night incredibly enjoyable. I very much look forward to our next event and hopefully seeing you all there.
