Charities have a responsibility to a number of groups: donors, supporters, and survivors come to mind immediately at YACC. Therefore, transparency is really important. What do you do? What are you doing with the money I gave you? How are you helping? How much do you spend on administration?

We’ve always believed in openness. What we’ve been less effective at is communicating that and answering those questions beyond a one on one level. The purpose of this blog is to change all that. We’re planning to use this space to write about our trials, tribulations, and our quest to be the most effective Young Adult Cancer charity in the country.

If you’ve ever got a question, ask it, either in an email, phone call, Facebook message, or even snail mail.
