Apply

To attend a Retreat Yourself weekend, you must:

Step 1

Complete a Retreat Yourself application form (download in PDF or Word) Once you’ve completed the form, send it to us either by email to shali@youngadultcancer.ca, by fax to (709) 579-7326, or by mail to Young Adult Cancer Canada, 18 Argyle St. Suite 200, St. John's, NL, A1A 1V3.

If you are bringing a supporter with you (friend, sibling, spouse), don't forget to send their application form as well. You can download your supporter's form in PDF or Word.

Step 2

Once we receive your application, we will review it and then contact you to let you know if your application was successful. We promise we’ll be quick.
