The BC Cancer Agency Expressive Arts Studio is a six-week workshop series for young adults (19-40) with cancer.
A different guest artist (poet, photographer, singer-songwriter, painter, sculptor, and African drummer) will be coming in to lead the group in hands-on arts-based activities each week. It will be a chance to explore different creative modalities in a studio format and also to connect with other young adults with cancer.
The sessions will be held on Mondays 4:30-6:30 p.m. (first session is September 29) at the BC Cancer Vancouver Centre, John Jambor Room, and no experience is necessary.
