Hi guys, a very quick note for you today as my eyes will not permit me to write much. I’m actually typing this message with my eyes closed as they are really causing me some trouble. We don’t seem to know what’s going on this time, as the situation is much different than the focusing issue we had a while ago. This time my eyes have been irritating me since Saturday and this morning I woke with them almost swollen shut. They are very dry and itchy, very red and uncomfortable, that said really they are the only thing that is bothering me as my counts continue to rise nicely. Because of my eyes I have spent much of the day sleeping or lying down with them closed, which does seem to help.
I had been planning for my next message to you all to be about “patience” which is a great topic for me, and one that I will write about a lot over the next many months, largely because it is such a challenge for me to remain patient.
I saw my Doc at home today, and he wasn’t quite sure what is going on with my eyes, possibly a reaction to one or many of the drugs that I’m on. So we’ll experiment to try and find the problem.
I don’t have any idea how long my eyes will give me trouble but I will ask that you excuse my potential delays in writing to you and in reading your messages. Not sure how this message will read, but I wanted to send you one today either way. Take care and I’ll be back when I can.
