For our latest event, we decided on Wings 4.0 at the Yardhouse Pub in Kensington, and despite the rain that kept off the patio, it was a fun-filled evening. We had a couple new faces as well as many of our “regulars” and folks we hadn’t seen in some time.
The evening was fun, casual, and delicious, so many different wing flavours to try — including dill pickle. It was a great setting to share a bit of our story, and find out how much we have in common (cancer and otherwise). Everyone was so busy chatting we barely noticed the Stanley Cup Finals were on. We were also so caught up in the moment we forgot to take the group photo until the end of the evening. Sorry to the other half of the folks who didn’t make it into the shot.
