On September 16, 2019, 57 participants took on the 3rd Annual Fort To Forge 10K in Trinity, NL, raising $4,152.
The day was a great success and community celebration featuring families running with their children — including one eight-year-old who finished in the top 10, and a parent who completed the race while wearing their baby! There was also another participant who was partially sighted and completed the run without a guide! So cool.
Thank you to Dawne Marlow and the event organizers, Sarah from Sweet Rock Ice Cream, and all the runners and supporters. Every cancer, every stage, YACC has the backs of young adults living with, through, and beyond cancer, but we can only do that because you have ours.
