The CanIMPACT Research Team is currently looking for Canadian breast and colorectal cancer survivors to participate in their study looking at ways to improve the coordination of care for cancer patients throughout the cancer journey.
If you are 19 years of age or older, and between one to four years post-diagnosis of colorectal cancer or breast cancer, you may be eligible to participate in a telephone interview.
