Cancer Chic is holding a workshop on Monday, September 29. The workshop is for women between 20-50 years old at various stages of a cancer diagnosis.
The workshops cover:
1) Identifying core values can help you embrace a fulfilling life now;
2) Discussing the benefits of fitness during and after treatment;
3) Understanding the chemicals used in today’s beauty, skin, and hair care products; and,
4) Tips and techniques for make-up application and scarf tying.
The workshops are hosted at Wellspring and free childcare can be arranged with enough notice.
