On November 18, 2019, Localife Calgary held a board game night. This was our smallest event yet with only four members attending, though it was a delightful night full of bonding.
The evening started with an icebreaker where the group talked about their favourite sports and games, and we heard from one of our leaders who talked about pole dancing as a form of exercise.
Next we got cozy and ordered some hot chocolate and chai lattes and started to play a game called When I Dream. This game has players give clues to a blindfolded player, and the goal is either helping them guess a word or throwing them off. We played for a couple hours, having lots of laughs along the way.
We hope to see our whole Localife group together for our Christmas bowling and pizza night.
