Localife Ottawa got together on March 17, 2019 to attend a ’90s-themed Ottawa 67’s hockey game. We got to listen to some great music including MC Hammer’s “Can’t Touch This” and Los del Mar’s “Macarena.” Some of us participated in some ’90s trivia during intermission.
With the playoffs around the corner, the first place 67’s took on the last place Kingston Frontenacs. The 67’s kept the energy going in the arena and scored eight goals (a new franchise points record) and out-shot Kingston 53-13 for an 8-3 win. After each goal, an inflatable tube man danced right in front of us!
