Participants needed for health behaviours survey

Researchers at Memorial University are seeking young adult cancer survivors to participate in an online health survey. If you are between the ages of 18-39, have had cancer, and would like to help their team gather valuable information about the sedentary behaviours, physical activity levels, and quality of life of young adult cancer survivors, please complete this survey.

Participants who complete the survey will be entered into a lottery draw for a prize package which includes a Fitbit!
